Beginner Yoga
The perfect way to learn yoga
You do not need to be flexible and you do not need to have any prior experience to take this class. The pace will be slow and everything will be clearly explained. All you need is a willingness to try. We will support you along the way.

Power Flow Yoga
Get Strong and Mobile
Yoga Blue's signature strength building class that combines the fundamentals of yoga (breathwork, postures) with the benefits of mobility and strength building. We will challenge all muscle groups including abdominals, legs, arms, and back in a moderately heated room.
You will sweat, move and get strong!
This class will offer improvements in mobility and strength with consistent practice.

Barre + Pilates
Sculpt, Strengthen, Stretch
This class utilizes the strengthening aspect of barre and pilates to deliver an experience that feels unique and fun at the same time. You will use weights, resistance bands, pilates balls and magic circles to get into muscle groups typical classes do not address. This will leave you feeling sore in places you have not been before. An excellent way to stay mobile and strong.

Self Care Sundays
A blend of yin, restorative yoga complimented with reiki
Sundays mornings begin with self care at its finest. Pillows and blankets nestle you into relaxing yoga poses that allow you to gently stretch while feeling the comfort of the assiting props.
Reiki energy healing is offered to individualize your self care experience.

Pilates + Strength
Strengthen, Stretch, Align
Move through a series of movements that target score strength, enhances mobility and bulids lean muscle using controlled movements. This class uses pilates balls, magic circle, resistance bands and hand weights to provide overall body strengthening.

Candlelight Restorative Soundbath
Restore your vitality through this nurturing experience
You will be invited into a candlelit room where you are supported by pillows, blankets and other props to allow for gentle opening of the body. Soundbath healing will be provided through crystal singing bowl vibration.
A complete experience of nurturing and self care.

Slow Flow + Reiki
Slow & Steady Movement
This class will focus on include a slower flow of movement designed to allow the body to open and find stability naturally.
Optional reiki energy healing offered during savasana.

Build muscle, get stronger
Strength Train
This 45 minute class will help you build muscle with the use of weights, resistance bands and body weight. Teachers will focus on proper alignment while providing a full body workout.

Benefits of yoga and strength training in one class
Hybrid Yoga Sculpt
This class uses yoga poses and flows combined with weights to improve strength and mobility. Receive the benefits of breathwork, yoga movement, strength training and relaxation all in one class!

Private Meditation Session
Learn to Meditate
This 30 minute 1:1 session will teach you the basics of meditation including breathwork, guided imagery and body alignement. Appointment only.

FAQ
Can I come to a yoga class if I am not flexible?
Yes! The objective behind coming to a yoga class should be to de-stress through movement of your body and breath. The belief that you need to be flexible would assume you as the student will be asked to place your body into complicated yoga poses. This is not how we teach our classes. Instead we will guide you to a place where you can meet your body where it is and gently begin the process of gaining mobility and strength. Emphasis on breath always at the forefront which leads the way to reducing stress.
What is the best class for an absolute beginner?
Beginners would feel most comfortable attending:
Beginner Yoga Wednesday 700PM
This class provides detailed instruction of yoga including breathwork, meditation and yoga poses

How do I book and pay for classes?
You can book and pay for classes directly on website by clicking BOOK ONLINE. We also have a dedicated app where classses can be booked. Invites to app can be obtained at the flag at the top of our site.

Do you offer private/customized small group classes?
One to one personalized instruction is available to fit your needs and schedule. If you don't find a time that aligns with your preferences, consider creating a custom class with friends or family, and we'll gladly accommodating your schedule.
